ATTENTION: IDAW does not provide either an installation service or complete written or video instructions.
Installation must be carried out by a professional who will take responsibility for the assembly in order to ensure a job well done.

IDAW cannot be held responsible for any damage to people or property after delivery or during installation. Once the goods have been unloaded and received, their care is the customer’s responsibility.
Please also remember that it is important to check that the wall is suitable for supporting the weight of the cabinet. We recommend installing the wall‑mounted bathroom cabinet only on masonry walls. If there is a plasterboard wall, it is the professional’s responsibility to verify that the wall is properly reinforced for this type of installation. In any case, the hardware included in the order is intended for installation on a masonry wall only.

Before proceeding with installation, the customer must also verify that all the components needed for assembly are present and that the items are correct to be able to proceed with the various assembly steps without interruption. Should the customer find any missing items (e.g. hardware components), they may send an email to info@idaw.eu to request the missing items, which will be provided as soon as possible.
