DOOR SLAB
The door slab is 44mm thick. The perimetral inside of the door is made up of a finger-joint wooden frame, while the internal structure is of the honeycomb type with from 4 to 6 mm MDF sheets. Door opening :180°.
FRAME
Made of blockboard wood, total thickness 40 mm, lacquered. If the wall thickness exceeds 11.7 cm, is made up of two parts.
DOOR CASING
Made of plywood. The trims are flat and non-adjustable on the hinge side. On the opposite side, they have a thickness of 9 mm and a width of 95 mm. Telescopic adjustment of 17 mm. The trims cover a 6 cm section of wall.
AVAILABLE FINISHES
All models can be lacquered in multiple RAL, NCS, F&B colours and in sample colours on request. We use a water-based lacquer which guarantees a low environmental impact solution as it is non-toxic, in full compliance with European regulations.
HARDWARE
TYPE OF HINGES: Concealed invisible hinges (180° opening) adjustable on three axes in satin chrome finish.
GASKET: Perimetric acoustic gasket on three sides in high density polyurethane foam. The available finishes are white, black and anthracite grey and are combined based on the desired finish of the door. Prepared on all swing doors.
DOOR LOCK
Magnetic lock in chrome finish. Choose from the various options:
CARB CERTIFICATION
With the aim of reducing formaldehyde emissions from the materials used in our production site, our company uses panels that are mostly CARB (California Air
Resource Board) certified.
