1) Does the door arrive already assembled in its frame?

No, the door comes in a separate package. The frame must be assembled on site and then installed in the wall opening with polyurethane foam.

2) Is the door reversible? Can I change the opening verse?

No, it will be necessary to establish the door opening direction during configuration.

3) Do the vertical trims of the door frame arrive already cut on measure?

No. The trims arrive with a height of 2250 mm and will need to be cut on site.

4) What procedure should be followed when applying foam?

The video and assembly instructions are available on our site where you can see the various installation steps including the application of the foam.

5) What should I do if the wall has a non-standard thickness?

In our configurator it is possible to enter the dimension of the wall thickness, the door frame will then be made to measure based on the dimensions entered. If it is not possible to enter the desired size, please contact us by email at info@proyourhome.com in order to weigh the best solution together.

6) If the walls are not perfectly straight, what dimensions of the wall should I insert?

If the walls are not perfectly straight, the smallest value measured in height and width must be provided. While as regards with the wall thickness, the largest value must be entered.

7) Is the procedure for assembly with a wooden counter-frame or without a wooden counter-frame the same?

The door is installed without problems in both cases thanks to the use of polyurethane foam.

8) What is included in the order?

Door slab, frame, trims to be cut on site, hardware (hinges, locks, handle and key).

9) Do all the locks (privacy lock, Yale lock, universal key) arrive already mounted in the door?

Yes, they arrive already mounted in the door. It will then be necessary to proceed with the assembly of the handle and rosettes.

10) How to take measurements of the wall opening that have to be written in the configurator?

11) Can I request a sample of a lacquered door?

No, it is not possible to request a sample. However, the color charts that we reproduce for lacquering are internationally known and therefore easily available both online and in hardware or paint stores.

12) What is the door slab thickness? And its material?

The door slab is 44mm thick. The perimetral inside of the door is made up of a finger-joint wooden frame, while the internal structure is of thehoneycomb type.

13) How much of the wall does the vertical trim cover?

The trims cover a wall section of 6cm.
